This is a free service where seller and landlord can list your property in DirectHome Platform. Buyer(s) and tenant(s) can contact you directly to enquire about your property via our DirectHome Mobile App or Messaging System. DirectHome provides valuable Tools which includes all Paperworks (downloadable 24/7) to Timeline Planner for all to use, absolutely FREE. Your listing goes live on DirectHome Platform to the public once you publish it, till the moment you unpublish it.



2. 2. DIY listing

DIY Sale

This is a pay on completion 0.50% for the sale of your property. Terms and Conditions for the service will be clearly stated for your acceptance before we proceed.

DIY Rent

This is a pay on completion from 0.25 month of rent NETT for the rental of your property. Terms and Conditions for the service will be clearly stated for your acceptance before we proceed.

DirectHome acts as a supporting role in the DIY journey of a home owner. DirectHome will provide a wide range of Services (Personalised Accounts Manager, Exclusive Advertisement on your Property on TOP 5 Property Portals…Full list can be found here) and Tools (paperworks to timeline planners) to aide home owners with the capability to complete the entire process on their own, fixed at 0.50% for sale and 0.25 for rent, to be paid only upon completion! Not transacted, no fee!

Yes you can, DirectHome does not interfere with your arrangements with your property agents as long as it is not an exclusive agent. Moreover, why do you need to engage an agent when DirectHome advertises on all Top 5 property portals, charges lesser and yet still aides you in your entire DIY journey.
